Delivery Information — Mainland UK
Important Note: It remains the responsibility of all customers to ensure the delivery address supplied is correct — especially the postcode. We reserve the right to impose a further Delivery Charge in the event of a delivery failing due to incomplete or incorrect address details. PLEASE TAKE CARE!
The following Delivery Charges apply to orders for delivery to mainland UK.
ORDERS FOR KEYTAGS:
- 1 BOX – £3.90
- 2 BOXES – £4.90
- FOR 3 BOXES OR MORE, THE ORDER VALUE RULE APPLIES (AS BELOW):
ORDER VALUE:
- less than £29.99 — £3.90
- £30.00 – £59.99 — £5.50
- £60.00 – £99.99 — £7.50
- £100.00 – 199.99 — £10.00
- £200.00 – 299.99 — £ 15.00
- Over £300.00 — Free shipping*
*Orders of £300.00 or more qualify for free shipping. This does not apply, however, to orders consisting of heavy goods (see below) which will be flagged as having specific delivery requirements for handling heavy goods.
For certain heavy items a heavy goods surcharge applies. These surcharges are specified on the product page.
NOTE … Orders for single or two Individual Access Pegs being sent to a residential address will be delivered via Royal Mail & will have to be signed-for. The cost is currently £4.75. Please call us on 0344 225 0155 if you need any further clarification or need any other assistance in this regard. [as at 26/09/19].

Our standard delivery time is 3-4 working days &, depending on the size of your order, we will use either UPS or Royal Mail. We are aware that some shipments made via Royal Mail may still be subject to delays until the business recovers from recent industrial action. This is obviously totally beyond our control & we trust normal service will be restored now that agreement has been reached.
If your order is very urgent, please call us & we will gladly provide you with alternative shipping options to suit your requirement. Higher shipping charges may apply in these circumstances.
If we are unable to despatch your order within the designated time we will contact you within 24 hours. If we offer an alternative that is not acceptable, you can cancel your order with no further obligation.
Delivery to Northern Ireland:
Customers in Northern Ireland are requested to contact us for details of our appointed Distributor. Please contact us on 0344 225 0155.
Delivery to the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands & Islands:
The Channel Islands and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands incur an increased delivery charge. We reserve the right to contact customers in the event of an increased charge being necessary and to amend the order appropriately. Alternatively, please contact us on 0344 225 0155 and we will calculate the charges for you.
Delivery to the Rest of the World:
